Our GIFT (Growing In Faith Together) Chaplaincy Team are a new team for 2023-24 and are led by Mr Davies. They are embarking on an exciting journey of leading the school in our faith and developing our Catholic and prayer life.

Our Charity Work
As part of our school mission 'Love Jesus, Love Learning, Love Life' we encourage our school to help our brothers and sisters around the world. During this CAFOD assembly we helped Gillian, our CAFOD advisor, explain why we help others around the world. We looked at why it is important to give something back because we are made in God's image.

Our Intergenerational project
Our GIFT chaplains take part in the intergenerational project of visiting Nazareth Care Home. Each week, members of the GIFT chaplaincy team visit the care home to engage in games, activities or crafts with the residents. These visits provide our chaplaincy team with the theological underpinning of why we as a school engage in CST. Therefore, our chaplaincy team often drive and lead our CST initiatives in our assemblies, such as our CAFOD visit for “world gifts”. The GIFT chaplains have also planned and led a Christmas carol concert for the residents, leading their younger peers in the carol concert and providing an important role model for the lower Key Stage 2 children
